Informationists have a variety of expertise and provide services to assist with each.

Expert Presentation

Place a request for an informationist to deliver a presentation on a variety of topics of interest to a department or group. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Orientations about library resources and services
  • Tailored instruction sessions for a small group to learn more about specific databases or research related skills.

Prepare for a Lecture

Request the help of an informationist to find and gather literature to support a presentation.

Plan a Course Curriculum

Partner with an informationist to plan a course curriculum, develop instruction and evaluation materials, and deliver in-person lectures during a course or seminar.
