Welch Information Suite: Population Digital Library

The Welch Information Suite for the Hopkins Population Center is a collaboration between the Hopkins Population Center and Welch Library. It includes:

A Digital Collection tailored to the needs of population researchers
A Physical Information Suite E4643 in the BSPH, 615 North Wolfe St. with computers, conference room space and a mobile lab.
Professional liaison librarians Claire Twose and Lori Rosman available on site and by appointment.

EMBASE European database providing access to the biomedical literature
Global Health Brings together the Public Health and Tropical Medicine (PHTM) database, previously produced by the Bureau of Hygiene and Tropical Diseases (BHTD), and the human health and diseases information extracted from CAB ABSTRACTS
Web of Science Covers biomedical, social science, and arts and humanities literature. Supports citation searching, coverage back to the mid 1970s
Scopus Covers biomedical, social science, and arts and humanities literature. Complete coverage to 1966. Cited references only available to 1996
