Renew A Circulating Item

Please fill out the form completely before pressing the submit button.

You may renew William H. Welch Medical Library and Lilienfeld Library items by e-mail up to four times. Renewal will not be possible if any of these conditions exist:

1. Item has been requested by another borrower.
2. Your borrowing card has expired. (Call 410-955-3596 for information about card renewal.)
3. Overdue item has accrued fines. If ten days have elapsed since the date due, do not use this form.
4. Audiovisual items may not be renewed.
5. Overnight Loan items may not be renewed.

An item can only be renewed four consecutive times. A request for a fifth renewal of an item must be made in person by presenting the item to the Service Center / Circulation desk staff at the William H. Welch Medical Library, the Lilienfeld Library, or one of the campus satellite libraries.
