Welch Library Lobby Plasma Screen Policy

The Welch Library lobby plasma screen is a promotional device for Welch Library events, services and products. The plasma screen is for the use of the Welch Library and its affiliates.

Requests for screen space from those outside the Welch Library and its affiliates are considered for events and lectures; placement will depend on timeliness, appropriateness to the Hopkins community, and which support the mission of the Welch Library. Slide placement will be the decision of the Welch Library Communications Committee.

The Welch Library requests that submitters to the Welch plasma screen make available Welch library promotional materials at the time of the event or in the department office.
