Team Effectiveness in Academic Medical Libraries: a multiple case study

Dr. Elaine Martin had visited the library in 2003 and talked with three groups of people about the library's team activities. This article is a summary of Dr. Martin's dissertation describing the results of her research. I hope that reading and discussing the article will give us the opportunity to see how the research turned out as well as to discuss issues of team effectiveness both in libraries generally and at Welch.
