Welch Library Food & Drink Policy

The Welch Medical Library permits users to bring food and drink to the library within reason and in small quantities under the following guidelines:

Beverages are permitted provided they are in a bottle with a cap, a cup with a lid, or in a soft drink can.
Food and beverages of any kind are prohibited on the third floor of the Welch Building where the History of Medicine collection resides.
No food may be delivered to the library.
Alcohol use is prohibited in the library.
Library users must dispose of their own trash in appropriate receptacles.
